How to Apply Eyeliner for Glamorous Glitter Makeup

"I'm Kelli. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a glitter and glam makeup look. Now we're going to line her eyes with some cream liner. I'm going to use black cream liner on my skinny angled liner brush. I don't want a real thick line, so I'm going to just kind of dab it into the lashes. I like to use a cream liner. I feel like they stay on a lot better than pencils. Look up for me. The same thing on the lower lashes. We're going to just kind of dot it in between. Wiggle the brush and blend them all together. Rim the inner corner of the eye a little bit with our liner. Again, on the upper lid, we're just kind of dotting it into the lashes. Look up for me. We're just going to dot it between the lower lashes. That's lining your eyes with a cream liner. "
