"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show you some tips and techniques you can use to create a smoky eye. So then I'm going to take my skinny liner brush and I'm going to take my black cream liner again and I'm going to take this and I'm going to work it right into the lashes. The point of liner is to make your lash line look thicker, and since we really smudged and smoked up our last line before, we really want to give her lashes the appearance of being a little bit thicker. We're going to work a thin line right into her lashes. Same thing underneath, a little wiggling motion. Just kind of dot it right into her lashes. I also like to put liner on the inner portion of the eye as well so you can kind of rim the eye so we can go back and smoke it out with a little bit of shadow and get a really nice effect. So again, we're just working the liner right into the lashes, dotting it in the lower lashes. Then I like to rim the eye with it on the inner corner. So that's how you want to go about lining your eyes."
