How to Apply Highlighter to the Eyes for Glamorous Glitter Makeup

"I'm Kelli. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a glitter and glam makeup look. Now that we have the glitter on, we're going to take our highlighting shade on our blending brush and we're just going sweep this across the brow bone. Blend it in a little bit there. Open for me. It just gives a nice bright uplifted look to the eye area. This will really catch the light nice. It'll brighten and uplift the eye area. It really shapes and defines the eye, lifts the brow, and it balances the darker shadow that we put on the eyelid before we did the glitter. That's how you will want to go about brightening and lifting the eye by applying the highlighter to the brow bone."
