How to Apply Eye Glitter Gel for Glamorous Glitter Makeup

"I'm Kelli. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a glitter and glam makeup look. Now that we have the base shadow on her eye, we're going to apply some glitter. This is an eye glitter gel. We're just going to use our finger for this. We're just going to dab a little bit of glitter on the lid over the shadow that we've applied. You can apply it pretty heavy. Just keep your eye shut for a moment. You just want to keep your eye shut until it dries, which won't take long. It'll only take a few seconds. You just want to make sure that it's dry before you open your eye so it doesn't all stick to the upper portion of your eyelid. This looks really cool, especially if you're going out to a club or you're going out dancing or anything like that. When the light hits it, it really reflects really nicely and it's a really fun look for a party or to go to a club. We're just going to have her keep that closed for a few minutes until it dries. Then you're on your way to achieving your glitter and glam look. "
