How to Apply Base Eye shadow for Glamorous Glitter Makeup

"I'm Kelli. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a glitter and glam makeup look. Now that we've prepped her eye with an eye shadow primer, I'm going to take my blending brush and I'm going to take a neutral shadow. I'm just going to sweep this all over from lash to brow as a base. Once I have that on, I'm going to take a darker shade of shadow. I'm going to take my bulleted brush here. I'm just going to put this all over the lower lid up into in the crease, so that will have a nice base for our glitter that we're going to apply in the next step. Windshield wiper motion back and forth do define the crease. Get a little bit of color on the lid. Again, we're just taking a little bit of a darker shade of shadow, blending it all over the lid and up into in the crease. Windshield wiper motion back and forth in the crease. Get a nice blend. We're ready to move onto our next step and apply our glitter."
