"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a smoky eye. So after we apply our creme liner a little bit thicker along the upper lash line, we're going to take our bulleted crease brush, and we're going to blend it upwards into the crease. So that will be the foundation for our smoky eye. And I like to do this with a creme because it blends a lot easier than a shadow does, or even a regular liner pencil. And also too, it stays on a lot better especially when you set it with some shadow. So again, we're just using our brush and we're brushing an upward motion into the crease to give us the basis for our smoky eye look. So that's how you'll want to smudge your creme liner. "
