"I'm Kelli. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a glitter and glam makeup look. For our glitter and glam look, we're going to just be dusting a light glow powder using our kabuki brush all over her entire face just to give her a little bit of shine. We're just going to take our kabuki brush, take our powder. Just dust it all over to give her a really nice luminescence all over. This will look really great once we get all the glitter on the eyes as well. This is a really fun look that you can do if you're going to a party, going to a club, you're going out dancing, or anything like that. It looks really pretty in evening light and it'll give you really nice soft glow. That's how you'll want to go about applying a glow powder over your foundation and blush."
