"I'm Kelli on behalf of Expert Village, and I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a smoky eye. The supplies that you'll need to create a smoky eye are an eye shadow primer, I like to work with a black creme liner, and the creme liner brush. Also I'm going to use a smoky shade of shadow, a lighter color shadow, a highlighter for the brow bone, some black mascara, an under eye brightener, and I'm going to fill in the brows with some brow powder. So those are some of the tools that you'll need, and some of the brushes that you might want to use are a blending brush, and a skinny liner brush, and a bulleted crease brush. So those are some of the supplies and brushes that you'll need to create a smoky eye. "
