"I'm Kelli. On behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you some tips and techniques that you can use to create a glitter and glam makeup look. The first thing we're going to do is we're going to apply foundation primer to prep her skin for her foundation. We're just going to take a pump and apply this all over. Basically what your foundation primer is going to do is it's going to fill in any fine lines or wrinkles. It's going to smooth out the texture of the skin. It's going to keep your makeup from settling in any pores. It also helps the color of your foundation become more evenly distributed, helps your color blend better, keeps your makeup from absorbing into the skin, helps to prevent color change of your foundation, and it also just keeps it fresher and longer throughout the day. It will soak up any oily shine if you happen to be more of an oily skinned person. It just insures that your makeup is going to stay looking great all day long. That's why you would want to use a foundation primer and how you would want to apply it."
