How to Apply Simple, Chic Mascara

"I’m Kelli on behalf of Expert Village, I’m going to show you a simple chic makeup look. Now we’re going to apply the coat of black mascara. We’re just going to apply it in a little bit of wiggling motion so this will ensure that you don’t have clumps. We’ll start with the base and we'll go all the way up to get nice separation. So now let’s apply a little bit to the other eye. Again you just want to wiggle the brush, to ensure that you hit every lash and it won’t clump on you and it won’t look heavy. Like also roll my brush to the top start at the base and wiggle my way up so it will hit every lash and won’t get clumps. So that’s how you would want to apply your mascara. "
