How to Remove Gum from Hair

"Hi, my name is Hayley Kaufman I'm a licensed cosmetologist here on behalf of Expert Village. In this series I'm going to teach you something that only experts know, the cosmetology tricks of the trade. Now think back to the day when you were really young and playing in the playground and your worst enemy Stacy Clineman came up to you and put gum in your hair. You went screaming home to your mom cause you couldn't get it out and she had to cut the whole thing out. I have a good way to make it so that you don't have to cut your hair, you may have to get a little sticky but you don't have to cut it. I didn't have anyone and I was dumb enough to model this one and I was not about to do it so just let me explain what you do. You just get a regular everyday peanut butter if you like crunchy you can use it, it's all good you are going to want to take a little bit out. Work it into the hair where the gum is get a little fine tooth comb and just kind of brush it away. It will take a long time. It's not like a five minute procedure it will take a while but eventually it will work. The gum will slide out and you still have your long hair."
