"im kelli, on behalf of expert village, im going to show you a simple chic make up look. so now were going to apply a little bit of eye shadow primer to her eye areas. basically what this does is like a magnet for the eye area, its going to keep the eye shadow on, much better throughout the day, its going to prevent it from creasing and caking. it also will help your eye shadow go on alot smoother and blend alot better for you, so it will have more even distribution of the color its going to help the pigment of your eye shadow go on with a much more vibrant. its going to enable you to use less eye shadow when you're applying your eye make up if youre feeling like constantly applying, applying and applying and you just cant just get your eye shadow to show up, using an eye shadow primer will really help a lot with that because you can just do one wash a color over the eye and you'll have a really great pigment. so it helps blend a lot better, keeps it on alot better, prevents creasing and caking. so thats how you would want to apply an eye shadow primer.
