"Hi my name is Jim DeYoung I'm here at Salt Lake City, Utah with Fatcat's Family Bowling Center. You can see us on the Web at fatcatsfun.com. I'm also here on behalf of expertvillage.com, and one thing I'm going to teach you now is just some extra exercises to practice on. Before on a couple of clips I've shown you some things to practice at home - your approach and but when you're in a bowling alley I just want you to throw the ball and have fun and just practice stuff like that. So what I'm going to do is I'm just going to grab my ball and I'm going to walk up there and just throw it. This is a good exercise to do just to keep you loose and everything I've done and it will just practice on your release. The release of the ball is important, follow through and everything."
