"Hi, my name is Jim Deyoung. I'm here in Salt Lake City, Utah with Fat Cats Family Bowling Center. You can see us online at fatcatsfun.com. I'm also here on behalf of expertvillage.com. One thing I'm going to talk to you about is balance. Having a good posture and balance through the approach and through the follow-through and everything...is good to have. Because if you're off balance then it ends up causing you to throw the wrong shot, or to throw it out and gutter it...wind up doing stuff like that. One thing...I've been bowling since I was eight years old. One thing I would do is, while I was at home is I would always practice my approach. So, I would have my bowling ball in hand and just always practice my approach. I would just be at home, walk forward and follow through. That's a good thing to do, what I use to do, I actually would throw the bowling ball into a couch. So you wouldn't throw it with stress. If you just train yourself to become balanced. That's a good way to do it. Just stay at home and practice your approach and follow-through. If you could balance. Like I said before in the clip before, the follow-through is everything in every sport you play it's all in your follow-through."
