"Hi, this is Sean Hobson, for Expert Village. What we're talking about now is once the guard is in a good three point stance we want to be able to have him fire off effectively up quick, fit in the numbers and be able to drive up the field. It all starts with a balanced three point stance (video demo). If you're not balanced in your stance you're not going to be balanced when you come out and fire off. Once we fire up out of our stance we want to bring that first leg through and fire our hands through in order to be able to get up in here and fit up. Then we want to explode off that back foot up as quickly as we possibly can to get our hands in a position before the defensive guy can. Whoever has the lowest center of gravity and whoever gets their hands up first will usually win the war. We're going to show how to effectively fire off out of the three point stance, come up getting your hands fitted and be able to drive low (video demo). He quickly came up, he fired up, he got his hands up and fitted into the numbers and now he'll be able to drive that defender wherever he wants to take him."
