"O.k., so like I talked about in the last clip, it's time to show you how to do a Full Cab. Like I said, you want to make sure that you have proper amount of speed, not too much because you won't be in control but you want to have enough that you don't have to muscle the trick around. A big part of the trick is getting that momentum from the quick flick of your wrist ad that will provide you the momentum to get the spin. If you're going too slow it's not going to give you much momentum and you're going to have to fight through the trick which doesn't feel good, it doesn't look good and it makes learning it a whole lot more difficult. I'm going to show you how to do it just on flat ground rolling back from a quarter pipe. A quarter pipe is probably the best thing that you can use to learn this trick. Anything will work but on a quarter pipe you have a greater variety of speeds available to you, its a little bit more controlled. So here we go. Get a good roll back, quick flick and then you come around. As you saw it's a pretty, pretty fast trick. You want to generate the speed really quickly. So I showed you get a quick flick of the wrist, which is opposite of the way that you would want to flick it if you were traveling forwards and that really provides the momentum for a fast explosive spin. Which is really the way that you want to be doing it because it just means that you don't have to force the trick around as much. It's faster, it feels really awesome when you get a good solid one and then once you come around to about ninety degrees or so, just hop and spin. You know, basically like a 180 and you want to make sure that you land with enough speed going backwards that you can stay loose and get another you know, full back pedal and then just ride out a bit. So it's one of those things that you know, a lot like a Fakie Bunny Hop. If you can do 180s and you have a good Fakie you have a pretty good foundation for the trick. This shouldn't elude you for too long. If you're having a lot of trouble with it you might want to go back and break it down to the basics because it's possible that you are doing something wrong to begin with. As long as you get good habits going with this trick and you have the necessary foundations, you should be able to do it pretty quickly and it's a really fun trick. "
