"This ledge that I'm about to show you how to do a Fakie Bunny Hop on isn't ideal, you want a little bit more speed coming back. But you see what happened there was that stayed center over the bike, waited for the roll back and then I waited for my feet to level out. It's a little bit easier actually if you go a little bit faster. It's just a more controlled Fakie. What you saw right there was I didn't actually have as strong a pop as I would have liked. It was because I was just going just a little bit too slow and kind of shaking around like, sort of wagging around. So you are generally going to want something a little bit steeper than that wedge to learn on. You know, a quarter pipe is pretty much the ideal setup, a quarter pipe with a whole lot of space behind it so that you can kind of Fakie on indefinitely until you feel really comfortable with the pop. You want to just make sure that when it is time to pop, your feet, like I said, are centered and that you're upright. You don't want to be, you know, if you find yourself kind of like wagging around usually it's not going to be very conducive to a powerful controlled hop. You know, which isn't the biggest issue when you're first learning them but once you start trying to do them down gaps, or into landings, anything like that, there's a whole breath of these tricks that you can do on different obstacles. With that you really want to make sure that you have a good solid Fakie. Let's see if I can't get this one just a little bit better. So, here we go. A little more centered, pickup, you know, it doesn't have to be anything huge but as you saw, centered over my bike and it's a pretty quick motion. Just kind of leveled my feet out for a little bit and because all of a sudden you're leaning back, your cranks kind of stop coming back up at you so much because if you're pedaling back and then all of a sudden you do this, your wheel is rolling essentially forward and so your hub isn't going to be engaged and your pedals aren't going to be coming up at you as fast. So it takes a little bit of practice and having a good solid Fakie is really the key to this trick because if you have a solid Fakie and a good Bunny Hop then you really should be set to learn this trick pretty quickly. That alright? "
