"Now it's time for the execution bit of that Nollie 270 that I was talking about. Again the hip that I chose to demonstrate this on is kind of flat and the reason for that is it will hopefully allow me to exaggerate all of my motions so that it will be easier to see and breakdown what it is that I am doing as you are watching it. You know, having a good visual aid with this is going to be pretty important for this trick if you don't want to end up horribly frustrated for a really long time with it. This hip, don't need to go very fast so I'm actually going to drag my brake in and you come up and you look and you spin over. So as you can see it's a pretty fast trick like you have to spin it really pretty fast and then once you get that pop up, it's the other difficult thing about it, that I didn't realize at first actually when I was trying it, is that the axis on which you spin changes. It, because you start off with that pop and getting that initial bit of momentum to spin, basically spinning right around your front hub, but once you get that pop and your front wheel comes up you want to look and you want to almost push your handlebars down and into the spin and so what happens is all of a sudden the axis of your spin changes from right here. It shifts back, you know, two feet and it is a really bizarre feeling, it's unlike anything that I've ever actually experienced in pretty much any other trick, just the way that your spin changes and so if something, if you're doing it and it doesn't feel quite right because of that, that might just be because you're dong it correctly. Again it's a completely bizarre feeling, but you just want to make sure that once you get that good pop off the front wheel that you know, you have the spin, you want to spin probably close to 90 degrees on this one especially when you are learning it. As you get better at the trick you don't have to spin it as far because you can actually generate a faster spin off of less of a pop. It's also a little bit easier to learn on something that is a little bit steeper because as I said that will aid you a little bit in generating that type of vertical pop but at the same time like I said you don't want to do it on anything too steep because then it becomes a crutch. So just remember get a good pop off of the front wheel, and then once your front wheel comes up, look down through your armpit like you're doing a Bunny Hop 360 and turn it into that motion and you'll feel the axis of the spin change and it will feel completely uncontrolled. You know, this is one of those tricks that will frustrate even really good riders for a really long time so don't give up just because you don't get it immediately, it's really worth learning."
