"Time to demonstrate a Nollie one eighty. Like I said before, you're not going to generate a whole lot of lift on this one, so the main thing is, if you just feel both of your wheels coming off of the ground and you get the proper spin and that's usually when you know that you are at the very least on the right track. So you want to make sure a little bit like, sort of like we are doing a Nollie, that roll forward, but you actually rather than throwing your weight straight forward you want to put your weight forward and to the side so that you can actually generate that type of spin from whatever direction you feel most comfortable spinning. So let's see, this is another one of those tricks that you don't need to be going super fast to learn but fast enough to get a good roll out. So I throw my weight forward over and then I pickup, get that pop and that one I actually waited a little bit longer because I was trying to exaggerate the motion of throwing your weight forward because it brings the whole bike around and it also compresses you. So once you get to a point where you feel comfortable popping to complete the one eighty, it loads you up like that. So let's see, have a little bit faster one now, where you pop and once you roll forward you get that good solid pop and you generally want to do it at you know, sixty, seventy degrees or something because by that point you have generated enough momentum spinning around your front wheel to complete the spin, assuming that you get a good solid pop. It's also a little bit more controlled because it slows you down where as if you're pivoting around the front wheel, the whole way around, you are going to find that you are whipping the bike around a lot and it's not going to be nearly as controlled. Much like a Nollie, this trick takes a whole ton of practice and having your nose pivot one eighties first figured out is going to be a big help with that, but it's not really necessary. So again, be patient with it, give it some time because once you figure it out it's really fun."
