"So like I just talked about, the Nollie is a little bit of a weird trick. It also feels a little bit counter intuitive because the first motion is pretty close to just hurling yourself over the handlebars, which you want to make sure you don't so. Like I said you want to make sure you get a good rock forward and you get your back wheel up a couple of inches and you pop off your front wheel. You can do this down gaps, you know, off stairs, that type of thing but you're going to have to go pretty fast. At the same time it opens up a whole barrage of technical tricks that you can do. So time for a little basic execution. You probably don't want to go too fast while you're learning this because you may inadvertently hurl yourself over the handlebars. You roll forward and pop up off of your arms and you're probably going to end up you know, squatted over your bike a lot because it involves a lot of compression and not a whole lot of extension, unless you're doing it off of a gap or something. So again rock forward and pop. You know, like I said you don't really have to do it very high to start doing the more difficult, technical tricks or even doing it off of gaps or anything. If you decide for some reason to undertake learning how to one eighty up tall stuff, that's more power to you but that's something I'm not prepared for."
