"So, what you want to do is once you have your Bunny Hop 180s down, you want to think about it as having a little bit more of a carve to it and that will start to generate that spin. Once you get a good hop, rather than a 180, where you want to basically look over your shoulder and spot where you want to look so that it's basically straight behind you. You want to keep looking over your shoulder once you're past one hundred eighty degrees because you want to start, you want to, like with most tricks in BMX you want to look at where it is you want to go. If you're not turning your head enough, you know if you're still sort of stuck at that 180 phase mentally then you're not ever really going to be able to get that proper carry through. So once you have the good look over your shoulder, a nice carve, you don't want to carve too much just because it makes the trick again uncontrollable but a quick little turn with the front wheel, if you do it very quickly will generate a whole lot of momentum. From there once you have the good pop you want to keep your knees bent more than you would with a Bunny Hop 180 because if you lock your legs out you are going to A.) stop spinning and B.) touch your back wheel down first. The ultimate goal of, if you're doing a Bunny Hop 360 is to land both wheels exactly at the same time but that's one of those things that just comes with usually years of practice. Don't get discouraged if you find that you are only getting to about 270 degrees or so before you put your back wheel down because at the very least that is a really good start and you don't have to have your Bunny Hop 360s absolutely perfect where you're popping them two feet high and landing both wheels at exactly the same time to start expanding that trick into new and different obstacles.
