"Alright we're back in the X Guard. We're going to be doing the X Guard today again, from the V Guard; alright. He stands above us, I'm going under here; I'm popping this over. This hand right here Under Hooks his leg. Putting on top of my ear alright. Now you're really playing, he can't really do anything to bad. And I admit I don't want to be here cause he can smash me in the face, alright. But for grappling it's great, alright. So the first thing I want to do is I want to kick my legs out, and then come up; and soon as this legs up in the air, I want to pass it in the side taking side control. If I was standing when I pass, I would just take mount or knee on belly; perhaps, alright. We're going to do that mount again for you at a different angle. So he's standing above me, boom boom. I make my X, Under Hook; on top of my ear. Alright, I'm going to kick my legs out pretty hard; so I can actually get the momentum to stand. Right here I'm passing getting in a more dominate position and then I'm going to pull him. I see this a lot, use it a lot in grappling and Jujitsu. Let's do it one more time. Come right here, boom boom boom. Come underneath, kick forward; come up. And that's the X Guard using the sweep."
