"Hey, we're back in the V Guard. I'm going to be working a sweep from there. Inside Leon's guard, I'm going to be; with my hands tight. This time I'm going to work on Under Hook. I'm going to pop this side, I'm grabbing Leon's wrist; alright. And then I'm kicking, this is; I'm going to kick his leg out as I pull up his wrist. I'm going to be looking for mount. I'm going to do that after a couple different times and different angles so that you can actually see that. I know it's a hard one to see. This is a move where I can't really slow, I got to go for it all out. So I pop to the side grabbing his wrist, I'm kicking his knee coming in. If I do it slow, I'll do it slow and it doesn't work; but I'll show you anyways. I'm popping in boom, if I kick out; I don't know if I do that slower I got to pull the wrist, puts a lot of weight on his hand. I don't know, just a little mark is good. So we're back in there boom, I got my Under Hook; we're popping the side grabbing this wrist kicking his knee out pulling his wrist up. Get mount. Get a dominate position; work your submissions from the mount. And that's a V Guard sweep that I love to hit. Hope you enjoy it."
