"Hi, I'm going to be showing you different sweeps that I like to use like Lockdown; V Guard and X Guard. I'm just going to show you the different positions really that I'm going to do. First the Lockdown that I'm going to show you, between his legs; I'm going over right here, going hooking; then straight. This keeps them locked from moving in different positions. This is what I call, this is what we call a Lockdown. The other one is V Guard; I'm making a V right here. And there's a lot of different sweeps from here. The other one is X Guard, he stands up; I cross my legs, I'm coming over; put that here. And this is the X Guard, alright. There's a lot of different sweeps off of those three positions. I'm going to also show you different sweeps that I like to use from the guard. Sweeps are really common in all grappling and MMA. A lot of sweeps are, are like intended to make you in a better position and make you feel more comfortable. I'm going to be using all different kinds, mostly their all on the ground."
