Mix martial arts is a combination of several different styles of self defense martial arts, however you want to call it. It includes judo, which is my forte. Jujitsu, wrestling, boxing and muay Thai boxing which includes knees and elbows. Again it is a combination of all of them, it is also called interactive combating. The reason for that obviously you are combining each and every single martial arts known to men. Anything available to you goes and in mixed martial arts. The rules are very different this is mostly for adults and it is not recommend for children. "
