"Let's talk about, Hot Wheels. Hot Wheels are made by Mattel and they really kind of started, I think, the first one was nineteen sixty eight. The Hot Wheels, the original Hot Wheels, were you know, hot wheels of like supped up cars of the time. Original living cars of the time and they had numerous colors, and this one I think would be called a bronze color, but this one particularly is , is an interesting one because it has. I am going to start identifying for you what a Hot Wheel red line means. Cars made in nineteen sixty eight have these particular wheels and they're called red lines. So lets say you're at a garage sale and you see a whole bunch of Hot Wheels and you'll see them in a little box and then you'll see some guy looking at them and he will be going like this because he doesn't care, he just first and foremost wants to see if it's a red line because if it's not a red line guess what, forget it. It's not valuable because it's not old. Red lines are the late sixties, early seventies and that's what you want to look for. Then you want to look for red lines in good condition. We'll cover that in a minute, but if you look on the bottom it will have the name, Made in USA, and that's a real tip off to the fact that, guess what, wasn't made in China. That's a good thing because if you put this in your mouth you will not get lead poisoning, hopefully. So this is made in the USA. It says Hot Wheels. It has the year nineteen sixty eight, red lines check this out how's that for authenticity. These cars where designed to go on rubberized tracks. They where orange, so you want the red lines. Don't buy things that are not red lines. This is for basics."
