"I'm going to show two different recipes of homemade ice cream. The second ice cream recipe I'm going to show is a simple strawberry ice cream. Again we will put the strawberry mixture into the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Then have the ice cream machine ready and we will get the ice cream mixture into the machine and then you can see after 5 minutes the ice cream starts to frozen. Remember to turn on your stop watch for around 30 minutes. So you can see the ice cream is done and we can take off the top part of the ice cream machine. Again we will put the ice cream into a container and freeze it in the freezer for 1-3 hours. But because the water contents of the strawberry ice cream is higher than the vanilla ice cream you don't have to freeze it as long as the vanilla ice cream."
