"Hi, this is Matt on behalf of Expert Village, and today we're going to learn how to make my Chinese chicken fried rice. Okay so now that we have our chicken cooked, we've put that off to the side, I have another pan here, and we're going to put some oil in that. And we'll make sure the oil is evenly spread. Let that kind of, it's already heating up because I kind of left the burner on. And we're going to add our onion and let that saute, just kind of spread that around. And then we're going to add two tablespoons of soy sauce, and we're going to let that just lightly cook. Just remember to keep moving it around, keep moving it around. That smells incredible. Okay... "
