"Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to make pig feet in Chinese style. To peel the ginger you can use a big Chinese cooking knife. Like what I'm doing now or use a utility knife if you are not really good at controlling big knifes. So you just move the blade against the ginger and the peel should come off easily. Then we cut the ginger into slice. You don't have to cut them too thinly. As you see, that is the thickness I'm looking for the ginger slice."
