"Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to show how to make pig feet in Chinese style. We need 1 cup of cooking oil to deep fry the soy bean threads. Before the deep frying, we would break the soy bean threads into smaller pieces otherwise it would be too big to fit into the wok or any kind of pot. The deep frying procedure is optional so if you have no time you can submerge the threads into cold water. When the oil is ready you can tell it would form bubbles around the chop sticks. Once you put the threads into the oil, you would see it bubble up on the surface and that is just what we want. We don't want to leave the soy bean threads in the oil too long otherwise it would become to tough. Then we would put the fry soy bean threads in cold water to let them get soft again."
