"Hello my name is Hui, on behalf of Expert Village. I'm going to show how to make pig feet in Chinese style. The seasonings include 1 tablespoon of salt, 2 ounces of brown sugar. If you can find a Chinese brown sugar or the Chinese rock sugar, it would be even better. 1 teaspoon of Chinese cooking wine. 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, it is a very deep color soy sauce and it would add color to the dish in general. 1 1/2 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoon of Chinese oyster sauce, 1 1/2 tablespoon of soy hot sauce. It should be available in most Asian grocery store. If you can not find it, you can use miso as a substitute. We also need 1 cube of of fermented tofu which can also be found in Chinese market. "
