" My name is Brandon Sarkis on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to actually make eggnog and stop buying that nasty stuff in a carton at the grocery store. So I've returned with my freshly cleaned and completely dry whisk, that's important as well because if it's wet that will screw this whole thing up to. We can leave the other mixture just sitting over here, we're not going to be doing this long enough for this to get warm enough to be dangerous and at the same time lets start whipping up our eggs. Everyone's got their own technique for whipping stuff. I think it seems to work better for me if I do it this way. Probably because this is the way I was taught to do it. Some people do it better like this. Matter of preference I suppose. Some people do it better like this which I really can't understand. Seems like that would really get to your arm after a very short period of time. Anyway, so I'm going to be doing this for the next few minutes and I'll come back and show you how their looking."
