"Hi, I'm Noe for Expert Village. Now we are going to turn our chicken over. It's been the oven for 10 minutes on 450. This really smells good. We use our tongs to turn each piece over. Soaking in a little marinade here staying nice and moist. It's probably about 1/3 of the way cooked. This was already turned over. That's right. Refresh the marinade just a little bit. Put this right back in the oven for another 10 minutes at 450 degrees. So, we just check back in 10 minutes. It's been it's second 10 minutes at 450. So, we are going to turn all of these pieces over and lower the heat to 350 and then let it cook just 10 minutes more. Our chicken should be ready now. Let's take a look. Oh , yes. Now, that's looks very nicely done. In fact, it's nice and brown. I don't think we need to do the last step of putting it under the broiler for 5 minutes. It's already nice and brown. If you have bigger pieces of chicken or chicken with skin on it, you want to make sure and do that extra step. But, in this case we don't need to. So, now were ready to serve our Chicken and Beef Teriyaki and Rice. This is our Beef Teriyaki, this our Chicken Teriyaki. We have some nice white rice here and the Teriyaki sauce. I will just put some on the plate. Serve a little bit of chicken here and a few pieces of steak. We will take little bit of the sauce and spoon that over our rice. Wine like a Pinot Noir would go very well with both of these dishes. That's the end of our Beef and Chicken Teriyaki recipe. I hope you enjoy it. "
