"Hi, my name is Branden Sarcus on behalf of Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how to make a really good, really simple chicken recipe. It is baked chicken, with pearl onions, bacon and mushrooms. Alright, so it has been about five minutes so what I am going to do is turn my heat off completely. Turn my timer off as well, now I am going to take the lid of this and open it, let all the steam out. Because if you keep the lid on it will not be baked chicken it will be steamed chicken and that is a completely different dish. So what we are going to do now is, I am going to keep this completely open and we are going to put it in the oven for about twenty to twenty five minutes I am going to check on it at twenty and see how we are doing. At that point it will be done so, like I said in the oven three twenty five, twenty to twenty five minutes and nothing on the top, no lid at all and you want to make sure that everything underneath of it is nice. You can see the aromatics are nice and sucked down in their and the herbs are all nice and sucked down in their and into the oven we go. Then all's we have to is wait, no one last thing I forgot the juices from the chicken, from the plate silly me that is all good stuff, that is all stuff we want to eat. So let's get that off the dish, and then we go into the oven. Three twenty five, twenty to twenty five minutes no cover on top at all."
