"Hi! My name is Jenny Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village, I'll be showing you how to make chicken flautas. Making the side of rice. In this clip, I'll show you how to make your side of rice. This type of rice is called arroz rojo, which is Spanish for red rice. First, place a large pan on the stove on a medium flame. Next, add some corn oil. Once the oil is hot, you need to test it out to see if it's ready. Take a grain of rice and drop it in. Add a cup of rice to the skillet and move around with a large spoon. The rice is done when it turns into a golden brown. Now, open a can of tomato sauce and pour it into the skillet. Let it simmer for a bit and then add a cup of water. Next, add some salt. Now, some chicken bullion. It takes about 15-20 minutes for the rice to cook. Walla! Arroz rojo."
