"Hi! I'm Scott for Expert Village and today I'm going to teach you how to make a rotisserie chicken. First and foremost, we have a little paprika to lay that nice delicious base. You just put it on the smallest setting if you have that and just sprinkle it on nicely all over the chicken. The more the merrier with this because this flavor, you have to remember when it's in the rotisserie it is turning, so it could fall off. There we go. We got paprika first. The next ingredient we're going to throw on the outside here is some parsley flakes. The parsley flakes give it a really good aroma and they're an awesome, awesome after taste. Just take a little bit of parsley flakes. Just put them all on the outside of this chicken. Now that we have the parsley on there, we can go ahead and add some nice fresh cracked pepper. If you don't have that, you can always use just whatever table pepper that you have. As long as you got a little bit of pepper. It'll taste delicious, trust me. We'll just grind some of that and put it on this top side of the chicken for right now. Remember pepper is really powerful in high doses, so we'll just put that there a little sparingly, especially on this side. There we go. We have enough pepper there."
