"Hi, I'm Noe for Expert Village. We're going to wash it like that and just make sure there's not dirt on it, that's all. Now, we're going to slice some ginger to add to the marinade. We'll get a few slices like this, very easy. I've made four slices, it just depends on how thick. Then you want to crush the garlic with a knife, like that and peel it. You don't have to peel it separately once you crush it. The skin pretty much comes off. You can crush it up just a little bit more now that it's got the skin off. Let's put that in there. Then I take the pepper, which we've also washed. Pull the stem off. These peppers are really hot, so you want to go easy with this. You want to get most of the seeds out. The seeds are really hot so you don't want to have all those seeds in there. You just slice it once down the side, then pull the seeds out. Then you take the deseeded pepper and drop it in the marinade. Now that we've got everything in the bowl, we're just going to give it one last stir just to make sure everything mixed together."
