"Hi! I'm Scott for Expert Village and today I'm going to teach you how to make a rotisserie chicken. We have to rinse the chicken off to make sure that we get some of the initial juices that were stuck inside there from the plastic off of it. Just throw it into a nice colander here. You just give it a quick rinse with some nice cold water. There you go. The chicken's all washed and ready to go. Let's start cooking, shall we. It's important that you keep washing your hands while you're handling a chicken because on the outside of the uncooked chicken there still could be bacteria that could be harmful to your health. Every time you handle the chicken if you're going to touch something else, make sure you wash your hands first. Right now, we're going to put some of the seasonings on the chicken."
