"Hi! My name is Jenny Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village, I'll be showing you how to make chicken flautas. Cutting tomatoes, garlic, and onion. In this clip, we'll be dicing our ingredients to sauté our chicken stuffing. First, take a red tomato and set it on the cutting board. Cut off the tail of the tomato. Cut it in half and cut horizontally across to slice this. Then holding the edges firmly without squishing it cut it again. Just beautiful. Next, the garlic. Grab a clove and squish it using the palm of your hand until you hear it pop. Now, you just peel away the husk and dice it up with a large knife. Lastly, the onion. Cut one side of the tail off. With the onion in your hand, slice across the first layer, and then peel. Then cut it in half and cut it the same way as a tomato."
