"Hi! My name is Jenny Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village, I'll be showing you how to make chicken flautas. Shredding the chicken. In this clip, I'll show you how to properly shred your pollo. Now that it's cooked thoroughly, remove it from the pot and let it cool in a bowl. See how easily the meat falls apart. Be careful. The innards of the meat may still be hot and you can burn yourself. If it's still hot, let it sit for a bit longer. Now that it's cool, grab pieces of the chicken and pull off strands of the meat. Pull them apart like string cheese. Thin strands. Remember, the more fine the chicken is, the better it'll be to roll the flautas. Now we have a complete bowl of shredded chicken. "
