Now that it's cooked thoroughly, remove it from the pot and let it cool in a bowl. See how easily the meat falls apart. Be careful. The innards of the meat may still be hot and you can burn yourself. If it's still hot, let it sit for a bit longer. Now that it's cool, grab pieces of the chicken and pull off strands of the meat. Pull them apart like string cheese. Thin strands.
