"Hi! I'm Scott for Expert Village and today I'm going to teach you how to make a rotisserie chicken. Some of the other ingredients that we have of course are the normal spices that you'd like to use. We're going to use a little bit of paprika on the outside of the chicken and we're going to mix it with a little olive oil, which will be awesome. Also, we have some fresh ground pepper. That'll give it a little kick that we all love to get you going throughout your day. A little bit of salt also, some oregano, a little bit of parsley. Of course, the parsley gives great aroma, and we also have this stuff called season all salt. You can put this on everything. It's spicy. It's kind of flavorful. It's a little bit heavier on the salt, but when it's cooking, it kind of gets down into the skin. It's incredible once it gets inside of the meat. Last but not least, of course, when you're doing rotisserie you always need a lemon. You squeeze that on there and it just gets juices inside and it activates all kinds of enzymes inside of the chicken, which makes it really, really juicy. Make sure you have a lemon also."
