"Hi! My name is Jenny Villagomez and on behalf of Expert Village, I'll be showing you how to make chicken flautas. What are chicken flautas? Chicken flautas are a special Mexican dish. Flautas is spanish for flute. The flute being a rolled tortilla stuffed with chicken that has been sautéed with special ingredients topped off with a special salad and sauce. You're going to need chicken bullion, milk, sour cream, a head of lettuce, cilantro, or for you gringos, coriander, red tomatoes, onion, green jalapeños, a couple of garlic cloves, tomatillos. Be careful. These are smaller and come in a special leaf covering. Salt, one can of tomato sauce, corn oil, boneless chicken breast, corn tortillas, and cup of rice. To cook your dish, you're going to need a blender or a whisk, a cutting board, a tortilla warmer. If you don't have one of these, anything with a cover will do. A larger skillet, a smaller non-stick skillet, a large pot, 2 large spoons, a can opener, and a knife."
