"Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make Chinese sesame chicken. As you can see, we have our garlic here. Now we need to grate our ginger root. I need about 2 teaspoons. I already started here. Let's just take our ginger root and just rub it firmly across our grater. It's not going to just come right off. Take the ginger root and kind of slide it down off the other end of the grater like so. Then we'll just keep doing that. We can get the excess because obviously, a lot of it is sticking to our grater. We're just going to rub it right off and move it to the side just like so. If you notice, there goes all that. You pretty much got maybe about a teaspoon and a half. I'm just going to keep doing this. This one's pretty much done. I've got a little bit more left on it. I'm going to keep doing this, and I'll see you on the next step."
