"Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make Chinese sesame chicken. We're going to make our sauce first. The first thing we need to do is we need to chop up our garlic. I'm going to show you an easy way so you don't have to sit here and try to peel this, which is a pain. It's really simple. Just take your fork and press down until you hear that crunch. It just falls right out of the shell. That simple and that easy. There's our garlic. We got one little piece that's stuck there. I'm going to put that to the side. Let's do one more here. We're just going to take our fork and crush it. The shell just comes right off. That simple. Let's do one last one here. Let's get this big one here. Take the fork and look how simple that is. It just comes right off. We'll just move our shells to the side and there you have it. I'll worry about this one afterwards. What we're going to do now is we're going to chop this up pretty fine. We don't want the end part, which is really hard, so we'll just move that off to the waste. With your finger just slice right down. Then you can just kind of take your knife and just go over it a couple more times and get it as fine as you need to get it. That's pretty good right there. We're just going to move that off to the side and we'll do the same with this one right here. This one's got a little piece of something on it. We're just going to move that out of there. Using your fingers and you just kind of chop it up. This one's really small, so it's pretty easy to do. Move that off to the side. I'm going to do the same with this. I'm going to actually deshell this one and I'm going to chop them all up, and then we'll see you in the next step. "
