"Hi! This is Matt on behalf of Expert Village and today I'm going to show you how to make Chinese sesame chicken. The first thing we're going to do is we're going to wash our vegetables. That's very important because you don't know where people's hands have been. I'm just going to do this really quickly. I have my brush here. Get in the cracks and the crevices where dirt can hide. It's very important to wash all your vegetables before you cook them because this has to go into your body. Sometimes I eat fast food and all the garbage that I eat, so the least I can do is clean my food before I eat it or cook it. You know they say treat your body like a temple. Unfortunately, I treat mine like a pool hall, but that's okay. Now I'm going to go for our zucchini here. I have my water kind of on warm. Just don't do it hot. Cold is fine. I've just got it on warm. Go for our other zucchini. I know it's easy to forget or we're always in a rush, but try to make it standard practice to do that. Then we have our green onion here. We're not going to use this top part anyway. I think that's good. Now we're ready for our next step."
