"Hello, my name is Angela Faiola and today on behalf of Expert Village we are going to learn how to make gnocchi. For our next step, we are going to be making the sauce. So the first step, we want to turn on the kitchen, put it on medium high, get the pressure cooker nice and hot. We want to grab our olive oil and cover the bottom portion of our pressure cooker. We want to get all those onions in there. Now you want to wait until those onions starts moving and you know they are cooking nice. You start smelling using your senses, smelling it, you hear the noise of the oil it is cooking. You want that onion to get a little bit golden so wait a little bit and now we can add a little bit of salt. Some ground pepper. We see the fumes, we hear the noise, it is cooking. Mmm the smell of onions love it. Okay you want to get that cooking and give it a minute or two and when you see it getting that golden color, you know it is ready and we add some of the carrots. All the carrots."
