"Hello, my name is Angela Faiola and today on behalf of Expert Village, we are going to learn how to make gnocchi. The next step is we are going to take our onion and all the flavors that are going to be in our sauce. So we are going to peel and cut our onion. All this is needed so we would cook the meat inside of the onion and give it all the flavor. You don't want to cut it too thin but you want to cut it first one way and then the other way. The onions are chopped. Now what I do is I grate the carrots. It is quick way. Now remember that carrots is a easy way to make the sauce get sweet it is the natural way. Now we would rinse our fresh basil leaves and clip off the bottom portion. Clip it off and we would add that at the end a little bit for decoration and a little bit for the flavor of our sauce. That is it for that."
