"Hi I'm Esther Rodrigues with the Shoe Rack Warehouse and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be showing you how to find the perfect fit when you are shoe shopping. On some shoes you would have a rubber sole which don't require a shear sole. It is a non slip grip to keep you from falling. This one it has, it is a man made sole which it is slippery. All you do is us this sure sole. It is a little pad, it has a adhesive bottom and you just stick to the bottom of the shoe. Right here to keep you from falling down. There is 2 kinds of inserts; theres one for the heel grips. You put it in the inside of your shoe to keep your foot from slipping from the back. The other one that we have is it is a foot cushion halter. This one pushes you foot up and back and it goes in the inside of the ball of your foot of the shoe. "
