"Hi, I'm Esther Rodrigues with The Shoe Warehouse and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be showing you how to find the perfect fit when you are shoe shopping. The perfect fit also includes that you have to take under consideration of the height of the heel or the width of the heel. High heel shoes go from 1 inch to 4 inches. The higher the heel the less stability that you would have. The wider the heel the more stability that you would have. Some shoes would have wedges which give you great support and good stability in them. Some shoes would have a wedge they give you better support and better stability. Considering your body type, you might want to consider on the heels of your shoes. The higher the heel the less stability that you would have. If you are heavy set, you might want to go with a lower heel, more thicker at the heel so you will not hurt or injure your self in any way. "
