If you happen to have special feet which is if you are narrow, wide width, have high arches, high insteps, have flat feet, I would require that you see a podiatrists. If you have a wide foot, you can not fit into a narrow shoe because your foot is going to be too wide to fit into a narrow. If you are wide width and you need to get a shoe and can not find a wide width, you may want to get a shoe that is a half a size larger. If you have flat feet or high arches, you may want to see a podiatrist before finding trying to find the perfect fit. For instance if you have high arches, a flat shoe would not give you any kind of support. "
